Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take up to 7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available nationwide across Pakistan. Payment is collected at the time of delivery.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be shared with you via WhatsApp or SMS.

Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails, our courier will try again. After 2 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us.
